Well I decided to start my very first blog at the end of one story in my life and hopefully the begining of another. I have had a very long year dealing my my morab Kezi, and with Lucy's sickness, treatment and recovery. I feel like I have been drug though the mud and just want to let go and go back to enjoying life again. I feel like beautiful days don't matter to me any more because I can only wish I was out riding on them, not worring about weather or not Lucy can go out for a ride and if Kezi appears to be getting any better or not.
Unfortunitly I really need to get back to work, so I will have to finish pouring all my emotions into this later.

- I live in the majestic Redwoods on the California coast. I was born there, raised there and still live there today. I love the Redwoods and everything about them and the amazing ecosystem that they live in. My parents helped found an environmental education organization (Pescadero Conservation Alliance) when I was a kid and have grown up along side this great organization. In the last couple of years I discovered that I share the same passion for educating the public on environmental issues as my parents did when they first helped found the Pescadero Conservation Alliance. Although not all my volunteer persuits follow PCA, I strongly believe in the organization and its amazing people! When not trying to figure out how to save the world, I am generally out enjoying nature either on the back of my horse or on my own two legs (although I vastly prefer the four legged version).
